Experienced Cerdox Management Team



Eric Toussaint brings over 17 years of professional experience in operations management, process analysis and systems development to Certdox. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, passed all requirements of the CPA exam, and holds numerous certifications in Food Safety.

Eric previously served as Vice President of North American Operations and Finance at TUV USA, Inc. and played a key role in the development of start-up company, Envision Technology Advisors. In addition, Eric has worked with food manufactures to build effective food safety management systems. He successfully completed GFSI Certification Audits, is a certified BRC Approved Training Provider, and conducted International HACCP Alliance Trainings with major food producers such as Eagle Foods, Yum! Brands, and Nutrien just to name a few.

Eric envisioned a system to bring it all together.

His passion for computer technology and working with companies to improve system processes and efficiencies were the foundation of starting GlobalCert Food Safety. Eric is a pioneer is the Food Safety industry and his growing clientele is a testament to his success and customer-retention. He saw the difficulties of managing paper-based systems and created an automated way to allow for real-time data analyses to make better business decisions.

After years of trial and error, building, and testing, Certdox was born.


Director of Development

Dimitry Shaposhnikov has a Bachelor's Degree in MIS/Computer Science. He has been servicing clients for over 19 years, with a team of 35 in-house developers, designers, project managers and building over 2500 web and mobile applications. He is also a founder of FrandMe - Security Through Real-Time Communication which he recieved a US Patent on in 2018.

Director of Training Professional Food Safety, LTD

Lori Randall has been involved in training, auditing and consulting for the food industry for the past 20 years. She has trained, consulted and audited to HACCP and audit schemes, such as SQF, BRC, ISO22000, Primus and PrimusGFS to a variety of industries; in facilities that produce products such as packaging, chemicals, meat and poultry, processed food products and produce.  Lori has been a PrimusLabs auditor since 2004 and a PrimusGFS auditor since 2012.


Public Relations Advisor

Allison Rush brings over 15 years of Public Relations and Media experience to the Advisory Board at Certdox. She graduated from the University of Florida’s Journalism and Communications College and was a former sister of Zeta Tau Alpha. After college, Allison pursued a career with the largest talent agency in the world, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment. It was there she learned marketing from the top leaders in the field specializing in celebrity endorsements and global PR campaigns. She has produced a multitude of integrated campaigns and events in the behavioral health and addictions field, health and wellness space, hospitality, lifestyle and non-profit sectors.
